Our 50mm x 50mm Polypropylene Netting is manufactured to ISO1805 giving the 2mm diameter triple twisted twine a breaking force of 70kg. This twine is then knotted and placed into a heat stabilising machine exerting 10 tons of pressure to the knots until finally setting the net at a temperature of 105°C for 5 minutes. This process ensures that each knot and mesh size is to the highest quality. The fibres themselves are completely resistant to bacteria, mildew and other micro-organisms making them virtually rot proof.
